Basic Information

His main research directions focus on electron-phonon transport in condensed matter, photodetectors and their performance regulation research. He has presided over 1 Jiangxi Provincial Natural Science Youth Fund Project and 1 General Program Project. Currently, he has published nearly 20 SCI papers in international academic journals such as Applied Physics Letters, Materials Today Physics, Superconductor Science & Technology, etc., and has been granted 9 invention patents. At present, he is carrying out basic theory and application research focusing on the directions of "electron-phonon coupling regulation of hot carrier optoelectronic devices" and "room-temperature high-performance infrared detectors".
