He was assigned to teach at the Basic Courses Department of Nanchang University in June 1992. Appointed as an assistant in July 1993, promoted to lecturer in August 1998, and evaluated as associate professor in November 2003. He studied as a postgraduate in the major of Materials Physics and Chemistry at Nanchang University from 2005 to 2008, and obtained a master's degree.

He started as the head teacher of Class 2, E-commerce Major (Grade 2000) in 2001. In 2004, he served as a freshman mentor in the Department of Physics of Nanchang University. In 2005, he began to serve as the deputy director of the teaching and research office.

He joined the Jiu San Society on October 21, 2001, and was elected as the deputy secretary of the grass-roots committee of the Jiu San Society Nanchang University Committee in April 2017.

Proficient in VC, Delphi languages and SQL, he has obtained 2 software copyrights. He has won the "Excellent Teaching Quality Award" of Nanchang University for many times, participated in the research of multiple National Natural Science Foundation projects, guided students' graduation theses, and supervised students to participate in the "National Undergraduate Innovation Experiment Program".
