He is mainly engaged in two research directions: the mechanism investigation, performance regulation, and device development of memristors, as well as their applications in brain-inspired neuromorphic computing; the regulation of optoelectronic semiconductor materials and carrier dynamics, and their applications in fields such as photodetection.Up to now, he has published more than ten SCI papers in high-level academic journals including Small, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, and Applied Physics Letters. Currently, as the principal investigator, he presides over a Youth Project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
