Currently an associate professor and doctoral supervisor at Nanchang University, he is a recipient of the Jiangxi Province "Thousand Talents Program" for high-end scientific and technological innovation talents and the Jiangxi Provincial Outstanding Youth Fund. He is dedicated to the design and construction of energy materials and devices, primarily focusing on the study of colloidal properties of novel solar cell solutions, the design of thin-film crystals, and the research of stable interfaces. As the first or corresponding author, he has published 39 papers in top-tier journals such as Adv. Mater., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Adv. Energy Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., and CCS Chem., including 2 ESI highly cited papers. He has successively led 3 projects, including the General Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and 6 provincial and ministerial-level projects, such as the Key Program of the Jiangxi Provincial Natural Science Foundation. He has been granted 2 China invention patents (already transferred), awarded the Jiangxi Provincial Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation, the Second Prize of the Ministry of Education's Natural Science Award, the Second Prize of the Jiangxi Provincial Teaching Achievement Award, and the Third Prize of the Jiangxi Provincial Young Teachers' Teaching Competition. He has edited one textbook, authored one Chinese monograph, and contributed to one chapter of an English book. He serves as a young editorial board member for Energy Materials and Devices, Carbon Neutralization, and Rare Metals, and is a council member of the Nanchang Youth Science and Technology Workers Association.
