Main research fields: Design Studies, Industrial Design. Currently, he is a professor and a master's supervisor at the School of Architecture and Design of Nanchang University. He is a member of the Ministry of Education's Industrial Design Teaching Guidance Committee, an academic leader of colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province, and the person in charge of the design art discipline of the key disciplines in Jiangxi Province during the "15th" and "11th" Five-Year Plans. He also serves as a vice-chairman of the Design Committee of the China Packaging Association, a member of the Art and Art Design Professional Subcommittee of the National Art Professional Degree Education Guidance Committee, the director of the Industrial Design Art Committee of the Jiangxi Artists Association, the director of the Design I Class Professional Teaching Committee of Jiangxi Colleges and Universities, the executive president of the Jiangxi Industrial Design Association, and a member of the editorial board of the "Packaging Engineering" magazine. He has published over 90 academic papers and has led 1 national ministry project and more than 10 provincial-level scientific research projects. His design works have been selected for the 11th National Art Exhibition and have received over 30 national and provincial-level awards. He has guided students to win over 60 provincial-level or higher awards. The "Multimedia Courseware of Human-Machine Engineering" won the second prize of the Excellent Multimedia Courseware of Jiangxi Colleges and Universities, and the book "Visual Communication Design" won the first prize of the Second Ordinary University Excellent Textbook of Jiangxi Province. In 2011, he was awarded the Outstanding Contribution Award for China's Design Industry by the Design Committee of the China Packaging Association.
