She serves as a Member of the Female Landscape Architects Branch of the Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture, Deputy Director of the Education Steering Committee of the Jiangxi Society of Landscape Architecture, Vice President of the Female Landscape Architects Branch of the Jiangxi Society of Landscape Architecture, and Deputy Director of the Ancient and Famous Trees Professional Committee of the Jiangxi Forestry Society. She is also a Distinguished Research Fellow at the China Rural Revitalization Research Institute of Nanchang University and Vice Dean of the Comprehensive Branch of the Design and Research Institute of Nanchang University.

She has long been engaged in interdisciplinary research integrating urban-rural planning, landscape architecture and tourism management. In terms of scientific research, she has participated in 1 National Social Science Fund project, 2 National Natural Science Foundation projects and 2 provincial industry standards; she has presided over 4 provincial-level projects including the Provincial Science and Technology Support Program. As the first supervisor, she guided undergraduate students to win the Second Prize in the main competition of the 19th "Challenge Cup" National College Students' Extracurricular Academic and Technological Works Competition and the Third Prize in the main competition of the 18th session. She also guided students to obtain 1 National Bronze Award and 1 National Silver Award in the China International College Students' Innovation Competition (2025), as well as 2 Provincial Gold Awards. Additionally, she has instructed undergraduates to win more than 30 provincial and above-level design awards in discipline competitions. Individually, she has been honored with more than 10 titles including "Excellent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Instructor of Jiangxi Province", "BYD Dedication to Education Award", "Curriculum Ideological and Political Teaching Master of Nanchang University", "Excellent Class Supervisor", "Advanced Individual in Teachers' Ethics and Conduct", "Best Instructor" and "Excellent Worker".
