Personal Information

Wu Yonghong, Professor and Master's Supervisor at the School of Architecture and Design, Nanchang University, currently serves as a member of the University Academic Committee, Deputy Director of the Professorial Committee, and Head of the Master's Program in Design. Her research focuses on textile and apparel design, spatial soft decoration design, and Gan culture and design. She teaches courses including Design Methodology, Fashion Design and Brand Research, Fundamentals of Fiber Art, Knitting Art, Interior Soft Furnishing Design, Interior Decorative Product Design, and Smart Wearable Design.


He has led over 10 provincial-level research projects, including the Jiangxi Provincial Higher Education Humanities and Social Sciences Project “Evolution and Characteristics of The Four Dreams of Linchuan Costumes in Jiangxi Drama” and the Jiangxi Provincial Social Science Planning Project “Research on Han Dynasty Haihunhou Costume Art.” He has published 16 papers in Chinese core journals, including 4 in Category C journals, primarily in National Arts and Textile Research Journal. Published over 50 papers in provincial-level journals. Authored three professional textbooks, primarily published by Higher Education Press and Donghua University Press. Participated in the key course “Specialized Fashion Design,” which received the Third Prize for Excellent Courses from the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Education. Compiled textbooks that won the First Prize for Excellent Textbooks in Jiangxi Provincial Higher Education Institutions. Personally and through student guidance, won over 100 national and provincial awards in professional competitions. Received three Excellent Teaching Quality Awards and Excellent Teaching Nomination Awards from Nanchang University.
