Textile design and theoretical research; reform research on design teaching methods; intangible cultural heritage (ICH) revitalization and cultural tourism & cultural and creative product design and theoretical research; regional textile industry economy research

• Has presided over or participated in a number of provincial-level vertical projects, provincial-level teaching reform projects and horizontal projects, including Jiangxi Provincial Art Planning Project "Inheritance and Development of Gan Opera Costumes from the Perspective of ICH Protection", "Research on Rural Tourism Product Design and Development under the Perspective of Targeted Poverty Alleviation — A Case Study of Yao Ethnic Group Characteristic Tourism Product Design and Development in Quannan County"; Jiangxi Provincial Higher Education Teaching Reform Research Project "Research and Practice of Project-driven Model in the Teaching of Knitted Fashion Design"; horizontal project "Research on Economic and Light Textile Industry Development in the 'Three Souths' Area of Ganzhou City", etc.

• Has published 1 CSSCI-indexed paper, 1 EI-indexed journal paper and more than ten other academic papers.

• Has published 1 academic monograph and participated in compiling and publishing 2 professional textbooks.

• Has guided students to complete 1 national-level innovation and entrepreneurship project and multiple university-level projects.

• Has repeatedly received the Excellent Nomination Award for Teaching Quality at Nanchang University and has won numerous Outstanding Instructor Awards in national and provincial-level competitions.
