Won over 100 awards to date, including the First Prize of the Jiangxi Provincial Teaching Achievement Award; presided over and completed more than 30 research projects at or above the provincial and ministerial level; published over 40 academic papers; published more than 20 academic monographs and textbooks such as College Student Career Planning and Employment Guidance (including "14th Five-Year Plan" Provincial Planning Textbooks for Regular Higher Education). To date, presided over and lectured 14 interdisciplinary, combined online-offline excellent courses and international courses, which are launched and running on multiple platforms including the United Nations Sustainable Development Project Platform, Xinhuanet Xinhua Ideological and Political Platform, the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee's "Xuexi Qiangguo" Platform, and Zhihuishu.com.
