Liu Xiaoyuan, female, Han ethnicity, member of the Communist Party of China, holds a doctoral degree. She was born in February 1986 in Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province, and began working in July 2007. She is certified as a National First-Level Aerobics Judge, a National First-Level Aerobics Social Instructor, and a National Second-Level Psychological Counselor. She completed her undergraduate and master's studies at Nanchang University and earned her doctorate from Universiti Teknologi MARA. Currently, she serves as a faculty member at the School of Physical Education, Nanchang University.
