Graduated from East China Institute of Textile Science and Technology in July 1985; obtained a Master’s degree from Nanchang University in 2000.

Has been engaged in teaching at Jiangxi University of Technology since 1985, and has served as a faculty member in the Department of Industrial Design, Nanchang University since 1993.

Currently works as a teacher and Master’s supervisor at the School of Architecture and Design, Nanchang University.

Courses taught mainly include: Packaging Materials, Computer-Aided 2D & 3D Design, Multimedia Production, Introduction to Classic Design Works, Interaction Design, Research on Innovative Design Theory, Product Bionic Design, Universal Design.

Has supervised more than 30 postgraduate students, many of whom have won awards in various competitions.

Main research interests cover design theory, product design, and interaction design.
