Wei Jinbiao, male, Han ethnicity, was born in October 1966 in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province. He started his career in July 1990 and joined the Communist Party of China in January 1996. A national-level track and field referee, he is currently serving as the coach of the Track and Field Team of Nanchang University.
