Representative research achievements:

1) A multi-band k.p Hamiltonian in monolayer XSe (X = In, Ga) systems was constructed using group theory analysis. This Hamiltonian can effectively describe the energy band electronic structure of monolayer XSe (X = In, Ga)

.This multi-band k.p Hamiltonian has been cited multiple times by the Fal'ko research group at the University of Manchester in the UK, the Brotons-Gisbert research group at Heriot-Watt University, and the Fabian research group at the University of Regensburg in Germany.

2) It was theoretically predicted that plasmonic shock waves independent of carrier concentration exist in vertically biased twisted graphene systems. This overturns the conventional wisdom in traditional two-dimensional systems, where plasmonic shock wave energy depends on carrier concentration and changes with variations in the Fermi level.
